This mono pitch had been leaking for some time due to the roof only having an 8 degree pitch. The minimum pitch for Granular Redland 49s being 22.5 degrees. We stripped the roof, and gave it a generous 35 degree pitch with a lead finish to the gable. Our customer now has the added piece of mind of our written insurance-backed guarantee.
