LITTLEHAMPTON QUAY, W SUSSEX:
A project of luxury flats, where 24/12 non-asbestos fibre cement
eternit slates were used, along with a dry ridge system for
added ventilation.
The clay plain tile roof is of
a Russet mix, which consisted of a random mix of three different
colours to create the mottled effect, and again the dry ridge
system for added ventilation.
The vertical slating is new
Spanish 20/10. We used a cut slate for the Winchester cuts.
